Privacy Policy
Your business workspace belongs to you. T8 Assistant keeps creator records isolated by account and does not offer the platform owner a dashboard to browse private business records.
Workspace and account data
Your customers, sales, notes, menus, networks, reminders, and Telegram business records are stored for your workspace. The platform owner sees operational account, subscription, and security information, not your private workspace contents. T8 does not sell your business data, use it for unrelated advertising, build marketing profiles from it, or use it to train AI models.
Telegram and service providers
Telegram delivers the assistant and private account exports; Stripe processes external-website subscription payments. T8 does not store payment card details. Only information needed to provide, secure, and maintain requested features is sent to service providers.
Export, deletion, and retention
In a private chat with the T8 Assistant bot, use /privacy to export a JSON copy of your own records, erase private workspace data while keeping the account and billing active, or request account deletion after confirmation. Account deletion cancels an active Stripe subscription before removing private workspace records; limited billing, transaction, and anti-fraud records remain where required. Records previously delivered through Telegram may remain subject to Telegram's own retention. After a canceled paid subscription becomes inactive, T8 normally retains workspace data for 30 days to allow export or recovery, then deletes it. Active free workspaces are not automatically purged. Contact support for the current configured retention period or help with a request.
